If you work from home and do not wish for your residential address to be made available to your customers, suppliers, lenders or any other 3rd Party, then you can use our address as your company correspondence address.
Our address is a genuine office location with dedicated mail handling staff. We do not operate imitation 'mail box' addresses. This helps give the impression that your business is actually based at our address rather than being a forwarding service.
We will forward daily all business mail (excluding parcels) to your specified address.
You may wish to give the impression that you have multiple office or if you would like to maintain the perception of separation for different companies or brands
If you wish to give the impression that your Company is based in London.

This service is an annual service and will therefore be charged on the anniversary of the service set up date. Renewal fees are as follows:-

Due to our legal obligations in complying with the latest Anti-Money Laundering regulations and Know Your Customer requirements, we must confirm the identity and proof of address for any customer taking one of our address services. We will attempt to do so using an electronic lookup function, but if this is unsuccessful, we will contact you outlining what hardcopy documents we require.

What will my Mail Forwarding Service address be if I use your service?
During the order process, you will have the option to select from two choices:-

What packs do you include the Mail Forwarding Address service?
Our Diamond Pack includes the use of our Central London address as both the Registered Office and Mail Forwarding address for your new limited company. You can of course add your choice of Mail Forwarding Address services to your purchase of any our packs during the order process.
Can I use your Mail Forwarding Address service as the Registered Office of my company?
No. Our Mail Forwarding service is designed to cover the receipt and forwarding of general business correspondence. If you wish our address to be listed as the official Registered Office of your company, you will need to purchase our Registered Office service separately.
Can I use your Mail Forwarding Address service as the Service Address for the Director(s) of my company?
No. Our Mail Forwarding service is designed to cover the receipt and forwarding of general business correspondence. If you wish our address to be listed as the Service Address for the Director(s) of your company, you will need to purchase our Directors Service Address service separately.
Apart from the setup costs, what other charges will be applied for your Mail Forwarding service?
The cost of postage + a 10p handling charge per item for each piece of mail received and processed will be levied. These payments are processed at the end of each month, when we will charge the debit/credit card used to purchase the initial service.
Do you accept and forward parcels?
As a rule, our Mail Forwarding service does not include the receipt and processing of parcels. This is due to the associated risk of damaging client’s goods and limitations on our physical storage capabilities. On rare occasions, if you require us to receive a specific parcel, please contact us and we will endeavour to make the necessary arrangements. Please note an additional charge of £6 per parcel will be charged in these circumstances.
How often is mail forwarded to a client?
All mail received is processed and forwarded within 24 hours of being received at our offices.
