What type of company will be incorporated?

Our standard company type is a fully trading UK Private Limited Company, limited by shares. This type of company is the most popular type of company formation incorporated in the UK. Operating as a separate legal entity, it offers the owner’s protection of personal assets as their financial liability is limited to the value of the shares they take in the company.

Why would I use your Registered Office service?

All UK limited companies must have an official address in the UK. This address is shown on the public register and is therefore available for anyone to see.

If you are trading from your home address and would prefer to keep this off the public record, then this service is perfect for you.
If you live outside the UK, you will need to supply a UK address as the Registered Office of your company. Use our address to fulfil this legal requirement.
You may simply wish to give the impression that your company is based in London.

Why would I Use your Mail Forwarding service?

With this service you may use our London address as the main correspondence address for your new company.

Our address is a genuine office location with dedicated mail handling staff. We do not operate imitation 'mail box' addresses. This helps give the impression that your business is actually based at our address rather than being a forwarding service
This service is ideal for small or new start-up businesses that do not wish to be seen as operating from home and includes the daily forwarding of all business mail (excluding parcels) to your specified address.

What ongoing costs are associated with the Registered Office and Mail Forwarding services?

All official mail (from Companies House and HMRC) will be forwarded free of charge to a correspondence address you supply
All other mail will be forwarded at a cost of postage + 10p handing fee per item
The Registered Office service is annually renewable at £60 per year
The Mail Forwarding service is annually renewable at £120 per year

Who will process my VAT/PAYE registrations and when?

Immediately your company is incorporated, all the necessary details will automatically be sent to our accountants, Cobia. They will then contact you directly to discuss the completion of your registrations with HMRC.

Why do I need to maintain Statutory Registers?

Every company is legally required to maintain a number of registers, together called the Statutory Books, which must usually be made available to view by anyone that requests it.

With this service we will maintain the Statutory Books for you and keep them in our offices to reduce the administrative burden on you and to limit any inconvenience should anyone wish to inspect them.

This service also includes the preparation of all standard Companies House forms, Stock Transfer Forms, standard minutes and the electronic filing of the Annual Confirmation Statement (CS01) and it includes the annual filing fee.
