Confirmation Statement Filing

Allow us to assist in reducing your administrative workload by taking care of your CS01 filing at Companies House

The Annual Confirmation Statement

Every year, every UK Company is legally obliged to file with Companies House an Annual Confirmation Statement (form CS01). This just let's Companies House know that the structure of the Company remains unchanged, or acts as a trigger for you to update Companies House of any changes that may have happened during the year, but do not require an event-driven filing.

If you do not file this form, then Companies House are allowed to assume that the Company is no longer active and is not required. In this case they can start proceedings for Compulsory Strike-Off to remove your Company from the Register. To make sure that this does not happen, we offer filing services to reduce your burden and give you peace of mind.

No Change Statement

For £35 + vat, we can take care of filing your no-change Confirmation Statement with Companies House. You can also choose to take this as an Annual Service, so you never forget to file.

Our fee includes the government duty, and we will confirm that there have definitely been no changes before we submit to Companies House.

Statement with Changes

If there have been changes, then we charge a little bit extra to update the records. A CS01 with changes is £50 + vat and you are able to amend the following items:

  • the SIC Code
  • the Statement of Capital
  • the Shareholdings
  • the Trading status of Shares

Any other changes should have been notified to Companies House at the time they happened and cannot be filed on the CS01 - if you need us to make good any missed filings then we are happy to assist, but additional fees will apply.
