Our Diamond Pack adds the finishing touches to your new company, ensuring that your company remains in good standing from a statutory perspective. Your company register is upgraded and completed with the initial appointments / shareholders details, and provides you with our annual service for looking after your company administration, leaving you safe in the knowledge that all changes to your company are up to date.
Certain changes you make to your company must be notified to Companies House on the relevant forms, and noted in your company´s internal records (the statutory books). With the Diamond pack we will take care of these changes for you, so that you may concentrate on the important aspects of running your business.
The Diamond pack also includes our Mail Forwarding service, so you can use our London address on your business correspondence, confiedent that all of your business letters will be forwarded to you.
