Memorandum and Articles of Association

Memorandum and Articles of Association are standard documents which set out the constitution of the company. For more information click here.

Certificate of Incorporation

This is the official certificate of the registration of your company and states the Name of the Company, the Company Number, Date of Incorporation and the Type of Company.

All certificates are provided in electronic format (pdf) as standard. A printed copy on the required legal paper which will be necessary when applying for a company Bank Account is included in our Bronze Plus, Silver and Gold packages. If you take our free fast track Barclays Bank Account in conjunction with your company formation, all necessary company documentation is electronically processed between ourselves and Barclays Bank Plc.
