This is a basic pack, which we recommend if the Company is to be dormant or non-trading. or if you are taking advantage of our exclusive business bank account arrangement with Barclays Bank PLC.

Most banks will ask to see the Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum and Articles of Association when you open your business account. However, when you take advantage of our exclusive arrangement with Barclays Bank PLC to open your business account, we take care of this and all other formalities.   Plus we will credit back to you £35 once you let us know the account is open.
