Nominee Services

These are services we provide in an administrative capacity. All documents that need a signature by the nominee will be signed by us and forwarded back to you or any other address you specify.

Please note that through our provision of these services we are not involved in the management or running of the company. Our function is purely in name only and this is reflected on the Companies House register. The duties of a Director, Secretary and Shareholder will remain as your responsibility, however on your instruction we will sign any necessary documentation.

Nominee Director
UK Company law requires that information on directors must be registered in the public files of the Companies Registry.  The information required includes name, address, date of birth and nationality. By using our nominee director service you can be assured of anonymity and confidentiality.

Nominee Secretary
A Nominee Secretary will be a person acting as a company's secretary for the purpose of fulfilling the legal requirement to have a secretary. The Nominee Secretary does not have an active role or function in the actual business of the company.

Nominee Shareholder
The nominee shareholder service is for the purpose of holding shares on behalf of investors. UK company law requires that all shareholder information must be recorded in both the company's statutory registers and at Companies House. Without using our nominee shareholder service, these personal details will be publicly available. It is important to note that in our capacity as nominee shareholder we transfer all our voting and dividend rights back to you, and simply provide you with a name only service, guaranteeing you anonymity.
