All UK registered companies are legally required to have a Registered Office address within the UK. It is the address of a company to which Companies House, HMRC and other official notices, letters and reminders will be sent. The Registered Office address can be anywhere in England and Wales (or Scotland if your company is registered there) and must always be an effective address for delivering documents to. It is important that all correspondence sent to this address is dealt with promptly. The registered office address cannot be a PO Box.

Directors are obliged to submit two addresses when being appointed to a company - their Residential Address and a Service Address. The Service Address is made public while the Residential Address remains confidential. All of our International Packages include unlimited service addresses for Directors and so ensure that your home address is not publicly available to view.
All of our International Packages contain a full Central London Mail Forwarding Service, allowing you to use our address as a UK correspondence address. All mail received will be forwarded via Royal Mail. A handling charge of standard UK postal rates plus 10 pence per item will be charged.
No, there is no obligation to use these services. However the price of the package will not change and you will still need to provide an alternative address in the UK for the Registered Office.
