The registered office, service address and correspondence address for your company will be situated at our premium central London address and all mail received will be forwarded to you anywhere in the world. (Postage fees for forwarding mail are charged at standard UK postal rates plus 10 pence per item).
As a UK company you will be statutorily obliged to retain Company Registers in the UK. Our Full Company Secretarial Service covers this requirement, as well as the completion and filing of your Annual Return (an annual document confirming the details of addresses, directors, shareholders, business activities etc.). We will also take care of basic administrational changes in your company structure, e.g. appointment and termination of director appointments.

Yes. As long as you are 16 or over and not currently declared bankrupt. You will require at least one director and one shareholder (both roles can be performed by the same person). We offer professional nominee directors and shareholders to fulfil these roles if required. Most importantly, you will need a UK address to be used as the official Registered Office address of the company.

What is a Registered Office Address?
All UK registered companies are legally required to have a Registered Office address within the UK. It is the address of a company to which Companies House, HMRC and other official notices, letters and reminders will be sent. The Registered Office address can be anywhere in England and Wales (or Scotland if your company is registered there) and must always be an effective address for delivering documents to. It is important that all correspondence sent to this address is dealt with promptly. The registered office address cannot be a PO Box.
Your registered office address must also be displayed on all corporate paperwork and websites.
Can you provide an address my company can use as my Registered Office?
Yes. All of our International Packages include a Central London Registered Office Service. Any official mail from HMRC or Companies House will be forwarded free of charge to you anywhere in the world.
What is a Service Address?
Directors are obliged to submit two addresses when being appointed to a company - their Residential Address and a Service Address. The Service Address is made public while the Residential Address remains confidential. All of our International Packages include unlimited service addresses for Directors and so ensure that your home address is not publicly available to view.
What happens to mail sent to the Registered Office which is not from HMRC or Companies House?
All of our International Packages contain a full Central London Mail Forwarding Service, allowing you to use our address as a UK correspondence address. All mail received will be forwarded via Royal Mail. A handling charge of standard UK postal rates plus 10 pence per item will be charged.
Do I have to use your Registered Office or Mail Forwarding Service?
No, there is no obligation to use these services. However the price of the package will not change and you will still need to provide an alternative address in the UK for the Registered Office.

To avoid confusion, all renewal prices are clearly stated under the package prices as these will vary dependent on which annually renewable services you take.
